I am a 49 year old man who was in bad physical shape. My hips and back hurt at all times. I could not bend down to pick up anything off the floor. First, I was going to a chiropractor for almost a year. He helped me get and stay in alignment. However, my doctor told me I needed something more.
My wife brought home an ad for Fitness Concepts and I also saw a flyer in a mailer packet.
In 49 years of life, I have never worked out with weights. More than 30 years on the same job has diminished my range of motion. To me, I needed the combination of a trainer and nutrition brought into my life.
I made an appointment with Sam in February and decided to try through a consistent schedule of 3 days a week. I have almost lost 40 lbs!
After some time of pain and sweat I have a better quality of life. My attitude is better and I’m nicer to my family. This commitment at Fitness Concepts is the best money spent on getting me where I want to be. My personal trainer Cris and physical therapist Loren have helped me with greater range of motion, more flexibility and better sleeping patterns.
At Fitness Concepts I like that physical therapy is available as another tool for better health. The team I have with Cris, Loren, and Sam is very professional. They work well together to know what areas to work on for me. The staff is supportive and nice at all times. They are ready to answer questions of how and why I am conditioning and eating the way I do.
To have weight training, cardio, nutrition, and physical therapy all in one place has been valuable to my own life. My trainer Cris works me hard, is always encouraging and gives me a variety of workouts.
My chiropractor tells me I am not 100% but I’m in the best shape since I started with him. The chiropractor got me in line and Fitness Concepts has helped me to strengthen my muscles in my hips and back.
I owe a special thanks to Cris, Loren, Sam and Armando. My wife and I are so pleased that we just signed up our 15 year son in the program.
